I have given this book to friends that had to put their beloved pets to sleep. They all say it was a great help. Even many years after the fact, this little gem of a book helped me to fully grieve the loss of my first pet in my 20's. Kids are allowed to 'lose it', but adults aren't. This book helps adults get through such a difficult, traumatic time. Also, this book will help adults help kids.
