This really helps!
I purchased this book and DVD combo for my daughter in a previous edition. She didn't want to study for the SAT and all of my cajoling didn't help. Finally, the week of the test, she decided to try it. She came back to me saying that the DVD was so helpful that she wished she'd been using it earlier. It gave many testing strategies and helpful tips regarding the test...

hmmm
The book and DVd were supposedly shipped but we never got it because it was crushed and returned to sender. This is the second time this has happened with a vendor, though the first with this one.

I purchased this book and DVD combo for my daughter in a previous edition. She didn't want to study for the SAT and all of my cajoling didn't help. My daughter is preparing to take the SAT. I thought that this would be a good study guide for her. She said that it was actually interesting, helpful and easy to follow. She loved it so much that she asked for the whole book series.

For those of you getting ready to crack open the books and study for the SAT's, I suggest reading this book first. I just took the SAT's and found this book, the study tips and practice tests to be very helpful. I also liked the format.
