Great for a student taking an AP Euro class,

This review is from: Cracking the AP European History Exam, 2010 Edition (College Test Preparation) (Paperback)
I took AP European History in my sophomore year of high school. My teachers said we could buy this book and bring it in for extra credit. Friends that had already taken the class told me it would be one of my best resources to do well on the AP Exam. I studied this book and old tests before tests in the class and the AP Exam, and they worked wonders. The summaries of chapters and the practice tests in this book are invaluable for anyone who want to score a 4 or a 5 on the AP Exam. I had the 2008 edition, but this edition is just as helpful. I got a 5 because of this book, buy it if you want to do well in AP European History.

Invaluable Resource - Sure Way to get a 4-5 on the AP Euro Test,
This review is from: Cracking the AP European History Exam, 2010 Edition (College Test Preparation) (Paperback)
Definitely go with PR!! As a student who recently scored a 5 on the 2010 AP European History Exam, I found this book to be essential for reviewing weeks before the test. Princeton Review did an excellent job organizing a comprehensive layout of the course. I also found the mc sections of the practice tests to be useful as well. Trust me...I've read through Barron's, 5 Steps to a 5, REA's Crash Course, and MEH but nothing tops this book. Read it thoroughly and you should get a 4-5 no doubt. Oh and most of my friends used this for review and loved it too.

I recently took the AP European history exam, and this book was an excellent preparation. The way that the author outlined the entire course was extremely thorough, but not to a degree that you are exhausted after a study session. I completed a read-through of this book within three days, and found the practice essays to be invaluable. I feel that I got a 5 thanks to the Princeton Review. I will follow up if I get what I predict.

I thought it was okay for the AP test. If you only need it for the questions and practice tests, this is the book for you. However, I thought the review notes were lacking of certain important information and not written particularly well. It also seemed to review information that was not important and was not on the test. I would suggest spending your money on another review book.

See title. The only suggestion for Princeton Review will be one more sample test. Also, for environment's sake, please organize the explanation to the multiple choice section without repeating the question. That will at least save at least 50 pages of paper dedicated for the multiple choice section.

This book was in a regular manilla envelop, not padded or book strong, so when we received it, the envelop was ripped in half and rubber banded around the book. The pages of the new book were bent every which way and not in good condition. I'm not sure if that is the sellers responsibility or the shipping agent. Either way, not cool!!
