Get tutoring with "Cracking the TOEFL" from Knowledge3000
I got personal tutoring from Knowledge 3000 with this text book and it really helped me. They help you go through the book and understand what you can do to make a better score on the TOEFL. Their advertisement is in the book at the back.

Princeton Review - Cracking the TOEFL
I was trying to get an examination copy of the book so I could review it. I run an ESL program, and we're always looking for good books. We have an active TOEFL-prep class. Please let me know if you can send an exam copy. Thanks!
