Great Resource for Making Your Own Ritual Tools!,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Crafting & Use of Ritual Tools: Step-by-Step Instructions for Woodcrafting Religious & Magical Implements (Paperback)
Don't hesitate - get a copy of this book. It is the absolute best guide I've read on how to make and use your own spiritual and magical ritual tools. Why pay a lot of money for commerically made tools? It's fun to make your own! Learn how to make and use a ritual staff, wand, rune set, medicine shield, athame, and more.

A Little too Basic,

I'm not bashing this book, and I suppose this is a good book for someone who never made anything from scratch, but I'm not much beyond that, and it was too basic for me. I was looking for slightly more advanced information, such as various ways to attach or inset bones and such onto a staff, and it didn't give me much. Like a crystal, it tells you how to wrap it in wire, and wrap that around a wand or whatever, but what if you are looking for more than one technique, like insetting, glueing, etc.? I figured out how to do what I wanted, but this book was no help to me. It's a decent, very basic introduction, but that's all.

A handy little book for those interested in making there own tools for thier altar. It give basic instructions but could have used better pictures. Some wood working experience would be handy to use this book.

This is one of those books that you should really not miss out on. It is filled with complete instructions for those who just can't imagine how to make a wand (yes I am talking about myself) and there are alot of projects that can be done with your little ones, remember I said WITH because alot of the projects do require sharp things.
