Installed very easily, however, the cover was very difficult to install. Still does not fit correctly on the wall. Sound is bland and boring like the ones you buy at big box stores. Would not recommend.

The product features clearly state that it comes with a 16 volt transformer. I did not receive the transformer so I will probably return it since I can't easily test the sound without buying a transformer.

For some reason there are very few stainless steel door chimes for sale on amazon or anywhere else. 100's of brass ones if you want your house to have that 1970's look, but modern ones are few and far between. Nothing wrong with it, but it is on the small side of makes a very basic ding-dong sound only.
