The activities are presented in a readable format so that youngsters will be able to do them with minimal adult supervision. Carol Barkin and Elizabeth James's Happy Valentine's Day (Lothrop, 1988) includes recipes and games as well as crafts, as does Judith Corwin's Valentine Fun (Messner, 1983).
