This is the WORST internet buying experience I have ever had!!!!! Do NOT buy anything from this company! The merchandise looks beautiful online but their shipping policies require a 25% restocking fee and you pay all shipping costs for returned purchases. Their customer service is a NIGHTMARE!! Four months after I ordered these chairs, and I am fighting it out with Home Decorators Collection with both the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company about their deceptive internet policies. They are a company that should be driven out of business. Unless you want a disaster of a buying experience, don't buy from Home Decorators Collection!!!
