I have been looking for the original publishing of this cookbook at used/rare bookstores for quite some time, so I was happy to be able to find it here. I LOVE the cookbook, excellent old southern recipes. The seller of this transaction was great - book arrived before the excepted delivery date provided. Highly recommend.

Being from Mississippi, I thought Craig Claiborne's cookbook about southern cooking would contain some very good old southern recipes that I grew up with. I was not disappointed. The recipes are wonderful and very true to southern style cooking. Also a very good read too. As always, Amazon is so very dependable with its quality and its shipping. Thank you. Laura
