Riteaid Pharmacy have these on sale from 11/28-11/30 for $78 dollars so I figured why not and picked one up for myself and my mom. For being as inexpensive as it is, they are extremely responsive, easily to setup and get going right out of the box and have just about every feature you could possibly ever want. I loaded up a couple of youtube videos just to see how bad the audio quality was going to be as again I wasn't expecting much for the price, and can honestly say I was shocked at how good the quality is. The only slight downside to it is that it only has a mini-usb port, but port adapters are really inexpensive so it's not really an issue. I highly recommend this and even for younger ages it would be the perfect tablet.

I only bought this for use a couple times a week for a few apps - it's why I didn't want to buy an expensive tablet. Worked fine for what I needed it to, but some apps behaved like it was a phone rather than a tablet. It was also a bit slow. HOWEVER, after owning it for 9 months it stopped working. When I hit the On button it perpetually says "Loading...". It will say that for hours until I turn it off. The reset button did not help. I never dropped it or got it wet. I took it to the store I bought it from and the guy was going to try physically disconnecting the battery for a reboot, but the battery is soldered on, so we couldn't even try it. The manufacturers warranty is only for 90 days. So now it's a paperweight.

i brought my tablet a rite aid about 3 years ago ...i love it ..easy to use ..i am looking to bye another one as my mother dropped mine..it still works even though it has a line going across it and a crestent shaped crack on the right corner ..and it still works great.. does occasionaly drop the wifi but never for a long length of time ...love my tablet gonna buy a new one ... all computer tablets, smart phones, etc are all with problems and small fixes ... and they are only as smart as the person using them..slow down, read instructions and breath its only a tablet ...have a great day

Verified Purchase
Tablet feels cheap and mine had no sound outta the box. The manufacturer requires buyer to cover shipping costs with a 4 week turn around. Its slow to respond and has the whole resets everything its powered off but havent tried the software update. Thankfully the seller redbasket takes good care of their customers.

Craig Electronics has uploaded a 4.2 firmware update to the website. This fixes all the little glitches the unit has and makes it run a lot smoother than with the stock 4.1 Android OS. This update has made this a much better product!

First off it will not load books to kindle, horrible connection to WiFi. Loses connection and its the device as we tested iPods iphones and laptop and all connected with string signal but not this tablet. Screen is not clear and bad at angles. Won't open documents, apps load slow. Video will take 1-2 min to load and pause during play. Despite others saying there is an update on jelly bean there is not working one. Horrible for supposedly being a gaming tablet. I feel like I'm running an outdated version of windows 98 but super slow. Not sure why this is such a bad tablet. At first glance the soecks look good but don't let that fool you. Its a slow tablet and Facebook loads pics super slow to down right annoying.

Not a bad tablet, specs are pretty good for the device but the rom on this tab is awful. had a problem with apps not installing, and it resetting on reboot. For anyone else having the same problem ive included steps for fixing it so you can enjoy your ~$70 tablet. :D

1. go ahead and skip your google account setup. . . not gunna need that now
2. go to settings and turn on usb debugging and make sure unknown sources is set up on developer tools and security respectively.
3. download some form of adb. google search "minimal adb and fastboot". or install the SDK if you're in to that sort of thing. or just download "motochopper" as we will use that in step 5.
4. run adb and it brings up a command prompt. type in "adb shell pm set-install-location-2"
5 run motochopper and stop it when it says "press any key to reboot your device" or something of that sort.
6. open your adb again and run "adb shell" you should have a "#" at the end of your shell prompt
7. run "cp /system/xbin/busybox /system/bin/busybox" then "del /system/xbin/busybox"
then go ahead and reboot your tablet and you should be good. the busybox move should fix the reseting at reboot if you have the problem and the package manager will fix the "not enough storage" error when you try to install apps. hope this helps someone :D
