Beautiful color, durable texture and unexpected high quality to the down...you couldn't ask for a more tasteful and affordable comforter.
It's perfect if you are looking for something that's not a big, fluffy, heavy down comforter. And there is NO SMELL whatsoever to the fill! The only thing you might notice is that it makes a soft "crinkly" sound when you move it around (similar to the sound of a rubberized raincoat...<g>)

Good purchase. You can't go wrong.

I just recieved this down comforter in cranberry (it says brick on the package). I was pleasantly surprised!!! It shipped very quickly. Its a great color and has a decent amount of fill so i expect it to be reasonably warm! I do not notice any 'noise' or feathers or 'odor', as other posters have complained about. I recently had purchased the 'newport down comforter' and it is as thin as a sheet in comparison to this comforter. I am VERY happy with this purchase especially for the cheap price!!!!!!

I ordered this for my 16 year old son's room. It's kind of a muted reddish. I looks great in his room with sandy walls. He says it is very warm.
