Cranio Sacral Therapy - An introduction
A lot of information in this book is also in Your Inner Physician and You, so it is not necessary to buy both books, although the Inner Physician and You talks more about the continued work of the author. I am really interested in this subject so it was not an issue to re-read some of the material. Those who may wish to save some money may just buy Your Inner Physician...

Not much about technique - mostly stories
The "search inside" aspect for this book shows an illustration demonstrating one of the techniques, however discussion of techniques is limited to 16 pages of the 120 pg text. It's also irritating to be provided an 800 number to order self-therapy props and pitches for the author's one-day training course - what did I just buy, advertising?

A lot of information in this book is also in Your Inner Physician and You, so it is not necessary to buy both books, although the Inner Physician and You talks more about the continued work of the author. I am really interested in this subject so it was not an issue to re-read some of the material. Those who may wish to save some money may just buy Your Inner Physician and You. This book was sensitively written and easy to read and I am now an admirer of John Upledger after reading it.

This is a great book for people who are intrestes in natural healing. If some one has an intrest in Cranio Sacral this is a great starting point.
