I have practiced CranioSacral therapy since 2002, and am always looking for ways to explain it to my clients as well as to my massage therapy students. This book gives a great overview of the anatomy and physiology as well as a description of the techniques used and how/why they work. I will be using this with clients and recommending it to students!

I was expecting a little more than just a bunch of information, but while I was ready I learned that you have to take classes and in some cases become "licensed" for this modality.
