I have just graduated from a two year training in biodynamic craniaosacral therapy and just got Rodger's book at the end of the course.I wish I would have had it sooner. He really brings a clarity and simplicity to some very intricate and subtle concepts. He also clearly differentiates between the styles and history of this relatively new therapy. I would recommend it to anyone who practices, would like to practice, or receive craniosacral therapy.

As a craniosacral therapist, this book validated experiences that I've had difficulty putting into words. Although I've been using craniosacral therapy in my practice for over ten years, and was taught the biomechanical approach with its emphasis on structures and tissue resistance, I have experienced the therapy more as an energetic healing modality. After reading this book, now I understand why. The author effectively bridged the gap between my knowledge and experience, in a very thorough and well written way.

For a subject not easily put into language this book is well written. As a novice practitioner it was extremely helpful in clarifying the concepts and giving direction to the felt perceptions. The chapters are short and to the point. I'm glad I read it.
