The board is horribly designed.

A hard plastic tray with shallow "holes". Put a piece in a hole and it bounces out. Accidentally tap the board, and the pieces slide into the neighboring hole. Try to take the pieces out of a hole, and suddenly they get stuck.

It's really frustrating to use.
