Let's get this out of the way, if you've never used clips and cleats, you will fall when you stop. That being said, these pedals have blown my mind in every way. I rode 6+ days a week for 1-6 hrs a day for over a year before I had to do any maintenance to these besides cleaning of course. These shed mud like no other. they are lighter than any others. They can run into roots, slam into rocks, get fully submerged in rivers, take the spills, and keep coming out on top. These clips will handle almost anything you can throw at them. Lord knows my poor pedals shouldn't have lasted as long as they did. It took me going down a 23 foot drop and landing terribly before I broke a spring. 23 FT DROP!!! Get these pedals, they are Will tested and Will approved.
