I am a fan of Anthony Newley and I knew when I ordered this that it wasn't his usual type of stuff so I wasn't too surprised that I didn't care much for it. I also didn't know who John Cranko was (still really don't have a clue) and if I had known I might have held off on purchasing this. Having said that, I hesitate to say I don't like it. It is very experimental and I imagine I might enjoy it more if I were sitting in an audience watching it live. There are portions of it that I find quite interesting but it isn't something I would put on for sheer enjoyment's sake.
