The original sound effects are good but I found the added introductions and skits awful/tedious. The voices are new and pale in comparison to Mel Blanc.
I wish they had stuck to a straight bare bones sound effects collection.
Not even worth the 7 dollars I paid at half.com.

I was hopeful when I purchased this cd that it would feature all of the classic sound effects from my favorite childhood Warner Bros. cartoons. Many of the sound effects are here, but they are linked to, and interspersed with really bad new versions of the characters voices. They sound absolutely nothing like Mel Blanc's character voices, and are pretty grating. If you want to use the sound effects in a home video production of sorts, you have to use a sound editor to clip the extra junk from each effect. What could have been a very useful and fun cd is pretty lame and very poorly produced.
