I like this song by the New Pornographers. The vocals are good and clear with a good bass back ground. If this is a preview of their album, than the album must be good too.(tho I havent heard it)I feel that if you down load the "Crash Years" That you'll find that Its A keeper. Enjoy

Saw the NP in Tucson last month. The tunes from this album held up well with their older work.

Unbelievably catchy song,

The extreme tunefulness of "The Electric Version" CD, but with the richer and more subtle instrumental colorings of their last CD, "Challengers" -- that's "The Crash Years." If the New Pornographers have any potential for a commercial breakthrough album, it appears that the new album, "Together" is their best shot. From having listened to the streams available on NPR and elsewhere, this song is typical of the album. Neko Case on lead vocals is superb. What I notice is that she sings somewhat differently for the NP's than she does on her dreamier, moodier solo albums. She submerges her ego in order to participate in this band, and still ends up the star. A lesson for Neil Young, Rod Stewart and other group-joining solo acts.
