This single is probably just that bit better than the always single in that you get a live version of the cell, an awesome song off the debut ep and another video.

Also like the always single you get the bside saved, which again follows a pretty formulaic butterfly effect pattern but is still a good song.

Then the title track is just excellent, one of the best on the album.
