This cornbread is perfect. You cannot tell it is missing anything and it is egg, nut, peanut, milk, and wheat free (and maybe more-that is all I check for). My hubby is from the south and when he commented on how great this cornbread was, I knew that we had a true winner!

This is a great cornbread mix! I don't eat gluten products & it can be difficult to find good non-gluten muffin mixes. This is so yummy, especially when you add honey (a variation of the recipe written on the package). I eat it all of the time! : )

This stuff is so good it puts "regular" cornbread mixes to shame! Even if we ever stop eating gluten-free, we'll continue to use this mix - it's that good! I used it to try to duplicate my mother-in-laws cornbread dressing at Thanksgiving and it was amazing!

We use this for cornbread stuffing at Thanksgiving, and plain old cornbread other times, but my favorite use is to make pumpkin bread with it, or cheesy corn muffins (I can have dairy, though one of my kids can't.) I've done pesto sausage muffins for portable meals with this mix, so very tasty!
