I purchased a roll in October for $67.00 with free shipping. A very good deal for very good quality rope. Ends burn nicely, easy to tie, lays down like nylon is supposed to do. Role spool was cheaply made however and falling apart right out of the box. Could have been a big mess and had to build a new plywood spool. Took time but didn't bother me too much as the rope was such a good price compared to alternatives.

I go back online to order another role and see price has jumped to $98. Somewhat disappointed. Guess I wait till the other deal rolls back around, though even at the new price it is worth it--though they better make some improvements to the spool.

The price was right and the strength is what you want. Very happy with item!

What can you say about it? It's rope and it works great.

- It's very soft (a good characteristic of nylon rope)

- It's strong (I'm not testing it's max strength but it works for my needs)

- Ends burn nicely

- Knots hold well

- Resistance to mold

I use this rope for high strength areas that require better sun resistance than I get from Derby Rope. The Amazon price is excellent and this is very high quality rope for marine use, for outdoor camping, anchoring, etc.

It must be cleanly cut and burned to reduce fraying. Amazon has some burning cutters that might work too, but where I am using the rope we are off grid, so a Handi-Cut and a good lighter are just the ticket.

Very nice quality utility rope at a terrific price.
