I bought this keyboard so that my 15 month old daughter would be able to use the keyboard without hitting a bunch of function keys causing disk drives to eject & other screens to pop up. It has fullfilled that purpose. The keys are large but it makes the letters easier to see for my kids. We just plugged it in & started using it. No software needed. This is a great basic keyboard with no fancy frills which is exactly what I was looking for.

i bought this keyboard for my grand kids because of the large,colorful keys and that it has no "F" keys. this way the kids can't change the computer BIOS on boot up as they did in the past

My Son who is 1 and 3/4 loves this keyboard.Basically we play keyboard games online together. This keyboard solves the problem of him hitting the windows, or other critical buttons because it doesn't have them. And its quiet too!
