I bought this for my kids to entertain them during the holidays while we were doing other things. The twistables are great and my kids love them. The only thing that was disappointing was that I was expecting a "Tray of 48 Twistable Crayons" to be 48 different colors, not the same six colors eight times over. Guess I should have read the details better!

This is such a great revolutionary product! My 2 year old loves to color but spends more time peeling the paper and breaking regular crayons. This is such an ingenious alternatiave to the old fashion ones. She hasn't figure out how to twist them yet and we aren't planning on showing her. I love the fact that they are durable and will last longer than the traditional ones!

Ok so I think these are very clever!!! but to warn you my girls pulled out the color sticks that were inside and broke them up so now i have hoolow casings!!! they are cool and i would use them. just watch out for those clever kids.....

I purchased these crayons because I became tired of my son eating his sisters' crayons and having to constantly peel them when they weren't sharp anymore.

With a little twist you constantly have a nice point available that has not broken to date. The kids love them. I love this set because it comes with 6 sets of 8 colors; so you can give each child their own set and have some in storage for when they lose or break them.

My daughter was continuously ripping the paper off of her crayons which was causing her crayons to break without the support of the paper, not to mention the mess left for me to clean up! I love these because my daughter has no paper to peel off of the crayons and the crayon is well protected from breaks.

My daughter is the queen of breaking crayons. She always ends up with a box full of little crayon bits. These things are so much more durable and don't need to be sharpened so she has less frustration and more uninterrupted coloring time. They last longer too, which is especially nice.

This is such a great idea! Everytime my 3yr old colors he finds it just as fun to break all the crayons and peel the paper off, which means brand new crayons everytime he wants to color. So I thought we would try these out and I'm glad we did! He hasn't yet realized that they twist so that makes them even better. I just make sure they are all twisted enough each time I get them out, which is way better than finding broken crayon and paper pieces all over the house! And even better, I'm not constantly stocking up on boxes of crayons. I definately recommend trying these :)
