I saw these on sale at our local discount store and snatched up a set for each of my three kids (7,4 & 3) We have had the markers now for a good six months and most of the markers are still working wonderfully. Only one of the caps broke off, and amazingly enough I still have it! The only markers that don't work very well today are the ones that my girls (4 & 3) use the most(red, purple and orange). We haven't had any problems removing the caps or getting them to stay on the ends of the markers, like another reviewer stated. In fact, we're going on a 1,300 mile long car trip to Disney World for our vacation starting this weekend and I'm going out in a few days to buy more for the road. (Crayons and southern summer heat, not so good!) In all, I LOVE these markers and they have saved me a good six months worth of dried out marker aggravation!

My five yr old loves these. He has no problem getting the lid off but seldom snaps the lid back in place. At least I can find the lid easily and even after several hours of being off, the markers still aren't dried out! I've bought several sets of these. They are washable if you wipe it up fairly quickly.

The concept is great: no more lost marker lids.

Unfortunately the lids are VERY difficult to snap on either to the top of the bottom of the marker. As a result my kids (2 & 4) bring them to me every time they open or close them to operate the lid. They have no problem with traditional Crayola lids.
