Purchased this for a 6 year old and 4 year old for Christmas. They became bored with it quickly even though they usually love model and clay products. The model fusion doesn't stick to the plastic easily and becomes less workable with age and air exposure. Older children may have the patience to complete the ship but my younger children became very frustrated with the process
