Crayola Playdough is superb! Not only does it come in large containers of one color so that I have enough for the entire class, it lasts and lasts! I have had the same containers of Playdough for three years. Finally, I had to throw them away because they were getting too hard for the children to squeeze. Make sure that you put the lid on tightly when your children are finished playing and you will have soft pliable playdough for years. I have tried other playdough types. They are either too hard for the children to manipulate (the bricks) or they dry up after a year. I was very excited when I came back to school after the air conditioning being off all summer to find that my Playdough had not dried out.
