5.0 out of 5 stars Who's the carnival cut-up?, January 16, 2008
By
This review is from: The Crazy Carnival Case (Nancy Drew Notebooks #48) (Paperback)
Carolyn Keene has really come up with a tremendously satisfying read for young girls who, of course, love a good mystery.

The setting, characters and action are just so much fun. Everyone loves a carnival, but when somebody is trying to ruin it, the suspects, clues and naughty tricks begin to pile up! I'm sure the vision of a potato sack race sabotaged by putting raw eggs at the bottom of the sacks will give young readers quite a few chuckles as the kids discover slime all over their feet!

The Crazy Carnival Case also boasts a jealous gossip, quite an annoying boy named Oscar and a pie-eating champion named "Cruncher." Carolyn Keene's fans will most certainly adore this book -- definitely a keeper to be read again and again!
