Love my Crazy Creek,

My family goes to a camp every summer where we end up sitting around on a wooden pavilion for hours at a time. These seats transform that from a painful experience to a real joy. The Comfort Chair version is very nice if you are a little taller or wider than average!
Two items of note: 1. If you've never used one of these seats before, it can take a little getting used to. You can make the side straps longer or shorter while you are sitting in the seat. Most people find that they need to cinch up the straps a good bit shorter than you might expect to get maximum comfort. To adjust, sit in the seat with it at about a 90 degree angle. Bend your knees a little, then pull on the end of the straps until the weight of your legs supports the weight of your back. 2. I'm not usually one to buy a name-brand product over a generic one. Crazy Creeks are the exception. I've tried several off-brand seats like this, and none of them are nearly as comfortable. The Crazy Creeks use a very dense foam that provides great support and padding. Many of the knock-offs use a very soft open-cell foam that compresses down to nothing when you sit on it.

Not comfy, even for short periods of time on a carpeted floor.,

I purchased this for a movie-in-the-park event. I was told to bring a "low chair" and thought this might suit my needs. It is really light and easy to transport. It is reasonably well made - I did not notice any loose seams or rips/tears. However, after about 20 minutes, the chair was very uncomfortable. There is very little seat padding and back support is minimal. I suppose if you are a kid or teenager, it wouldn't be as noticeable, but I'm pushing 40 and can tell you that I've sat on molded plastic seats on city buses that are at least 50 times more comfortable than this chair. I ended up folding this chair in half and sitting on it without the back support. Pretty lame. I tried using at home the other week, and it was uncomfortable even on our carpeted living room floor. This went into the Goodwill box after a few weeks. Next time I'm buying one of these in a store, where I can try it out before purchasing.

Works great. This is our second chair purchase since the first one works so well by the pool.
