I wanted a pillow for my back like the one I got from the chiropractor, but couldn't find one anywhere that wasn't $35 or more. This one was a little on the small side, but it does provide support for lower back, I have a lot of disc problems, etc.. I did find another air pillow on amazon that was much bettr called medic-air back pillow. This one is just like the one I got from the doctor and I wouldn't be without them. I use it in the house and would be lost if I didn't have it in the car as well.
