5.0 out of 5 stars Best dog toy EVER!!
Our Boxer "Zeus" LOOVES the peanut butter flavored 'catch a bubbles'!! When he see's up pick up the dog bone shaped bottle, he gets excited and sits impatiently waiting for me to blow him some bubbles!! He will spend as much time as I'll allow, JUMPING, LEAPING, SNAPING, AND CHOMPING on the bubles like a furry ballerina on a sugar rush!! It's the most hilarious thing in...

3.0 out of 5 stars interesting
This is a very interesting product - the trick really is to be patient AND hold the wand downward (pointed exactly as if you just pulled it out of the bottle). Let the excess solution drip off and while keeping the wand in the same position, blow! The bubbles really do last a long time (overnight if left undisturbed). They really don't smell like PB, but they do last as...

If he misses any bubbles, they are still there on the furniture, waiting the next morning! ( they leave no stains, don't spill easily either!)
Quick delivery, worth every penny!!

Our dog liked catching the bubbles (whether they actually taste good or not I don't know), but the bottle you get is so tiny! We paid $6 and the bottle fits in the palm of my hand...and I'm a girl so my hands aren't that big. They are longer lasting than regular bubbles, but all of the ones I blew popped within a minute or two. I'd buy these again if I found them at the dollar store, but not from here or for more than a buck.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best bubbles, June 1, 2009

This is the second time I have ordered Crazy Dog Catch-A-Bubble. They are long lasting, firmer bubbles and you can actually catch them. Even landing on the ground they stay intact giving the dogs additional time if they can't chatch them all in the air. I have ordered other pet bubbles and they have no staying power at all. These are remarkably different.

5.0 out of 5 stars Schnauzer Approved!, January 27, 2012

I have a two year old miniature schnauzer who now has a new favorite play time activity! These bubbles are durable - sort of a hybrid between regular children's fragile bubbles and the thick straw/tube bubbles I had as a kid. These things stay in tact if they land on the floor, wall, or the dog! My dog has a ball chasing the bubbles, catching the bubbles, "sneaking up on" the bubbles. My only complaint is that the residue gets stuck in her beard and is sort of a pain to clean out. She absolutely loves bubble time, though. So I deem it worthwhile! The tube looks small but has actually lasted much longer than I anticipated. I will be purchasing more when we run out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Just as described, December 26, 2011

The product does as it states. Bubbles are long lasting. They are small. You have to make sure the excess solution has drained back into the bottle before you gently blow the bubbles. And then wait a little longer afterwards (2 sec.) so I guess they can set up. All of this is plainly and easily stated on the package. We had a few bubbles still around hours afterwards. It is a small bottle but you only use a very little each time. Trouble is my dog was just not that interested, but that is not the products fault. Just like any other pet toy, the animal will like it or not based on it's own preferences. The grandchildren are coming over later, I think they will get a much bigger kick out of the bubbles.

2.0 out of 5 stars I WONDER WHATS IN IT?, March 24, 2011

This stuff makes lots of bubbles. The biggest I was able to blow was about 1-1/2" dia. My dog does have fun chasing them but what concerns me is the fact that the bubbles dry to a plastic like materal. This stuff sticks like supper glue to your clothes, furniture, the dogs fur, and one of the bubbles landed on one of my dogs eyes and he went nuts trying to get it off.

My dog didn't seem to enjoy the bubbles which is strange because she is very curious about everything. The wand to blow the bubbles is really tiny and difficult to get out of the bottle.

IF you are fortunate enough to get any bubbles out of this item, yes, your dog will go bonkers over them, and yes, they do last a very long time. But the wand is very tiny (the container must only hold an ounce or two of goo) and it is this odd "spade" shape. My dog got so frustrated waiting and waiting for the "excess to drip off" (as directed by the package) and then I'd gently blow up (as also directed) and almost all the time nothing would happen. And she would be so disappointed and confused. I tried and tried and decided if blowing bubbles is this hard, something is wrong. So I've sent mine back, sorry to say. I've purchased something called Bubble Buddy from another source (Amazon carries the bubbles, but not the gadget that spews them out) and it works great. Cricket (the dog) loves the bubbles. And they are also scented for dogs-bacon, peanut butter, chicken, and one other kind I can't recall. I love the premise of this toy, but the execution leaves something to be desired, sorry to say.

What a waste of money. Sure they work. But not well and not worth the cost.
