Crazy Machines (Inventor's Training Camp) is a good puzzle pc software game for learning how to solve beginning mechanical problems (weights and balances, steam power and gears, cranks and levers). The design is tutorial and sequential so even young children can succeed with solving Physics problems.

The age range for using this software could be five-years to adult. My eight-year-old Goddaughter loves working the solutions and is very good at solving the problems presented. The only difficulty without a solution is getting her to bed on time when she is workiing the puzzles; but then, I have the same problem. A great way to enjoy your child and engage in family fun.

This software was a good price for countless hours of fun, and a painless way to educate children using these fundemental principles of Physics.
