This review is from: Two Crazy Pigs (Hello Reader, Level 2) (Paperback)
I bought this book for my five year old son who is an emerging reader. He loves both hearing and reading the story (over and over). The pictures and story are fun and engaging. The story is about two farm pigs who are eventually sent away from their farm because of their prankish activities. They are then "adopted" by another farmer and his wife who enjoy their antics.

I bought this book for my daughter and I love it as much as she does. The pigs are adorable and the pictures are worth a thousand words.

Cute, Fun, Easy to Read,
This review is from: Two Crazy Pigs (Hello Reader, Level 2) (Paperback)
The moral of the story is to be yourself. If that means you are a bit crazy, I guess that means you are crazy.
The story follows two crazy pigs and the silly antics they get into. The pigs are silly and do mischief but it is fun mischief (such as tickling chickens)and not scary or destructive. When they are forced to move to a neighboring farm with fun loving farmers, the animals on the previous farm miss them and aren't having any fun any more. It is easy to read and the kids enjoy it. The pigs also look like they are having a good time. In all, an enjoyable and cute read and perfect for the beginner reader. This is one part of a great series of early reading books: More Spaghetti I say, Two Crazy Pigs, Fraidy Cats, and The Day the Dog Said Cock a Doodle Doo!. I recommend all of them for their appropriate vocabulary, sentence length, reinforced learning through creative repetition, and beautiful bright illustrations.
