Some interesting insights.,

The book that comes along with the package can almost be considered a booklet, because it is not a very lengthy book. I will say that the information contained in the book did give me some new useful insights into how our minds work. The CD guided imagery is good, but the songs that are promised are on a cassette tape. I can't speak specifically for others, but I am fairly sure that most of us no longer even have a cassette player any longer. So, if you purchase this remember that if you plan on listening to the songs, you must have a cassette player. This fact is not mentioned in the detail listing of the product. That is the only complaint i have. Otherwise, its a good purchase.
