This CD has two tracks, each 30 minutes long. It is made up of only wavelike music and tones, NOT songs. They are very soothing and relaxing. They allow you to drift off into a trancelike state, focusing on whatever YOU decide, like your breathing or a vision of something in your mind that brings you peace and happiness. There are no vocals to guide you...you guide yourself. If you are looking for guided meditation, look for other compilations by Kelly Howell. The sounds on these tracks are consistent throughout the 30 mintues and flow like a breeze through the air to give you the feeling of floating. The idea is to close your eyes and meditate to the sound and drift away. I would not recommend listening to this CD if you are actively engaged, like driving or doing chores around the house. It will not have the desired effect, it will only sound like a drone in the backround. These programs are specifically designed to be listened to under certain conditions that allow for maximum benefit...so if the mood isn't right, it won't work. You can listen to sound bytes from some of these programs on brainsync.com. I've used this program on and off for years and enjoy it very much.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE.....No audible talking, no guided meditation. This is meant to be played in the background etc. so the subliminal messages can embedd into your subconscious. It says that in the initial write up for the CD. I think it does an excellent job as a gentle "programming" of what you want, to attract more success, positive thinking etc.

Yes, it is true, this is not a guided meditation CD which you would think be a tad odd because the CD is entitled, "Create Success" and everyone wants help creating success, don't they?

And maybe that's the beauty of this CD. Maybe it is forcing the listener to decide for himself/herself what success is to them and having them meditate on those ideals for themselves?

So before you even begin to slip on your headset to listen to this CD, take a half an hour and write down a few things that you think might bring you feelings of success. Is it finally releasing that excess weight? How about having a closer relationship with a loved one, does that make you feel successful? Or going the whole day without feeling worthless...or having a deeper connection with Spirit...or just laughing outloud? What makes you feel ultimately successful and then after a few minutes of pondering your list, put on the headphones, take in a few deep breaths, and let your mind focus on those ideas that make you feel successful, abundant, and wealthy.

Success isn't just about being a high powered professional who makes six figures a year and driving a convertible Mercedes (although these things aren't to be sneered at, either)...success is learning to be happy with yourself, smiling from the inside out, of believing in yourself and in your dreams even though all appearances look to the contrary...

When we decide what success is for us, we decide what our True destiny really is.
