This review is from: How to Create Your Own Painted Lady : a Comprehensive Guide to Beautifying Your Victorian Home (Paperback)
Several painters tell why they painted a house a specific way and give a small glimpse into their thought processes. From this you are given the chance to design the paint scheme on a couple of uncolored houses at the end of the book. I thought the idea of the book was spectacular and I learned quite a bit regarding the color palette.
