This book offers a wonderful guide into all aspects of behind the scenes work that needs to go into putting together a full theatrical production. Everything from finding your show to managing money to casting and backstage work. This book is also user friendly. For new groups
This book - despite what it claims - is geared towards people who have extremely little or no knowledge on running a show - let alone a theatre company. In that respect, yes, it walks you easily through the whole process and will be very helpful. If you already know ANYTHING about theatre...or have run a show yourself - look for a different book, this one...

This book - despite what it claims - is geared towards people who have extremely little or no knowledge on running a show - let alone a theatre company. In that respect, yes, it walks you easily through the whole process and will be very helpful.
If you already know ANYTHING about theatre...or have run a show yourself - look for a different book, this one will not be of assistance.
