Like the author's earlier book on gifts, this has lots of ideas, lots of information. It expanded my understanding of gifts, including things like learning style, values, passions, even weaknesses. A variety of reproducible assessment tools (but no tool for the traditional spiritual gifts). This would be helpful in developing gifts-based ministry.

A good companion manual to Jean Trumbauer's first book Shared Ministry. Created and Called bulds upon Shared Ministry, creating more practical suggestions and reproducible sheets for leading gifts discoveries on a small or large scale and in a variety of settings.

This is the second book describing Jean Morris Trumbauers useful system of managing volunteers. This section details how to help people find the gifts within required to serve themselves and others. It is a practical book with a spiritual center.
