i have tried to read so many books to help me with my business, my personal life, my family. As a working mom time is of the essence. This book is a quick and easy read that gave me amazing tools that i can apply to every aspect of my life. i really like the workbook style of the book that let me actually practice what was being told to me. it is easy to read what you should do, but this book, like no other book i have read, shows me how to apply it to my situation--it gives you the next step. plus i know that i can always go back to it as other things come up in my life.
as a parent, it gave me great tips on how to be more positive & have that transferred down to my kids. it was really nice to see the difference in my family--that easily showed a huge difference in my entire life. i have had the pleasure of attending diane's workshops. she really is amazing to go see as well. i saw her once & then had her come to my town. it was great. pick up the book & see if she is in your area to go see her as well.

Great book. She asks questions and makes you feel comfortable when answering them. Sometimes we all fall a little "off-track" and need a few tips to become optimistic again -- and this is the perfect book for just that. She truly wants to help others and with that said, Diane makes you feel and become more positive!

I have read other book discussing the same subject matter and this book is by far the easiest read. At only 50 pages long, it's streamlined and interesting. Upon finishing, I was able to apply the lessons learned in everyday experiences.
