This CD did not live up to my expectations. It was the first CD that I bought to learn about hynobirthing and thought it would give me instructions on how to have an easy hypnotic birth, as the title indicates. But it's just a CD that deals with relaxation only, with odd comments like "I am aware of you breasts, I am aware of your purpose now"...and..."I acknowledge you right arm, different from my left arm". What really annoys me is that at the very end of the CD, she says: "The CD's in `The Hypnobirthing Bundle for Happy Hypnomoms and Blissful Hypnobabies' are very different from this. And they address different issues of pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum. And they offer effective learning techniques." I realized at that moment that I had wasted my money on a CD that was only for relaxation. I had no clue there was a book by this person as well, and that it's content would be what I was looking for. Amazon.com should give an overview of what you are buying. I based my purchase decision on the name of the CD and the one customer review. The voice on the CD is very relaxing, but after listening to it I still had no clue what to do in the labour room. I bought Marie Mongan's hypnobirthing book that comes with a CD that has two tracks on it (not just one) and was much more satisfied. I now know what Hypnotic birthing is all about.

This CD was definitely relaxing, but if what you're after is a CD to get you through pregnancy and a natural childbirth, definitely invest in another "system" - Hypnobabies, Hypnobirthing etc. This isn't worth the price as it ended up in the back of the CD collection.

Iused this throughout my entire pregnancy. At first I just felt relaxed,hopeful and convinced I could accept pregnancy,labor and birth easily while I was listening, Then I began to feel confident even when not in an hypnotic state. Eventually I felt calm ,centered ,energized and comfortable in all areas of my life. I had a wonderful pregnancy and an easylabor and birth. It really helped at a deep level. I highly recommend this whether you are preparing for a c section,epidural or a natural birth. I actually used the whole program.
