2.0 out of 5 stars Creating, Implementing, & Managing Effective Training & Development, June 10, 2009
This review is from: Creating, Implementing, & Managing Effective Training & Development: State-of-the-Art Lessons for Practice (Hardcover)
The book was received with pages missing and other pages duplicated in another spot. Other than that the book was in good condition and was shipped rather quickly. However, I had to return the book because part of chapter 2 was repeated in chapter 5 and those pages that it replaced were missing.
