Cynthia Kennedy Henzel worked as a children's librarian before combining degrees in Education and Geography to become an environmental education writer and international teacher trainer. She now combines her two passions, travel and books, to tell fresh stories set in fascinating places. She has published fiction and nonfiction for children and is currently completing a YA novel set in the island country of Maldives.
Her recent travels took her to Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia where she discovered some unexpected stories. You can be sure that this beautiful city will appear in a book soon!
