5.0 out of 5 stars Extraordinarily Useful, January 13, 2008

This review is from: Creating RFPs for IP Telephony Communication Systems; PBX, IP Telephony, and IP Centrex System and Services (Digital)
This proved to be very useful in developing our RFP for our new IP telephony systems. It was our first time using this technology and the terminology really helped us become educated buyers. I highly recommend this book for anyone considering adopting this technology in their business.
