2.0 out of 5 stars Not what I expected., September 10, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Creating Value Through People: Discussions with Talent Leaders (Hardcover)
I expected a more thorough and enlightening discussion of the topic. Most of the thoughts and ideas shared by the most recognizable talent leaders are available in other publications or free in newspaper or magazine articles that could be referenced on the web. I was also surprised that there was no consistency between the questions asked of the talent leaders. Based upon the summary of the book that I read before purchasing, it was not what I expected.
