A pamphlet for the Prairie, June 26, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Creating a Wildflower Meadow: Storey's Country Wisdom Bulletin A-102 (Paperback)
Creating a Wildflower Meadow is quite short, more of a pamphlet than a book, but what it lacks in length, it makes up for with information. The text is simple, direct and informative. It is divided into two sections: the first describes the process of creating the meadow. The second section is a flower-by-flower description of North American wildflowers. There is a detailed line drawing of each plant. The drawings are black and white.
This book is well worth the small investment required.
