I have read virtually all of the 101 series by Bickel and Jantz and they are excellent. Not only are they very informative for the novice and unenlightened but they are chock full of references for other great books by brilliant authors. The reading is elementary and entirely provocative with amusing analogies tossed into the mix to add a little levity to a serious subject. I would recommend the entire series to anyone; even agnostics and darwinists. They too can use a breath of fresh air. Can't explain or don't understand the "Big Bang"? Read this issue, Creation and Evolution, and view the heavens with greater respect than ever before.

I found this book to be interesting and informative. I really think the author's directed this toward a younger reader. There are several attempts at humor that I found to be a bit distracting along with serious study. I do applaud them for laying out the creation argument in a step by step easy to understand format. It is a good starting place for those who want to understand how science and the Bible, if not in concert, are not at odds in the evidence of beginning of all that is. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start down a path with an open mind about God and the Big Bang therory.
