These sort of collections/reinterpretations very rarely live up to the original source material, and often are more sampling than reinterpretation, but I have to say - i love this record!. Spooky manages to preserve the core elements of the songs and build a new facade around each track. You can tell he's a huge fan of the Trojan catalog, and put a lot of thought and effort into his decisions. Highly recommended.
