Place the risers under the legs or wheels of the bed frame & get an additional 6" in height. Great for under the bed storage or very tall people. We have found these have come in VERY handy for eBay sellers as well. We have them underneath all of our packing tables and the extra height is great relief for your back. Having to bend down so low to pack your boxes puts a real strain on your lower back and these provide a possible cure. Also great for your desk if you are a tall person. These can also be used just at the head or the foot of the bed if you have a medical condition where one end of the bed needs to be higher. I wasn't expecting much. Right out of the box I realized the Bed risers were of decent quality. Plus, they work well. My only gripe is that they are a little bit ugly, but so am I.

I LOVE these bed raisers. I bought them because I HATE low beds. These get my bed up high so that I have to climb up into bed and I like that lots. The added bonus is, you get lots of storage space underneath. I can now fit my treadmill under my bed which was something I couldn't do before, (it sat in the corner before for all the world to see that I never used my treadmill).

Another reviewer said the bed felt unstable when they sat on it. That's just a feeling. I'm a large woman and my bed partner is also large and the bed is quite steady and stable even with both of us on it. I put these on by myself, it took me all of 5 minutes tops. The only downside is when I want to move my bed (which I do a lot because I like to rearrange furniture often) it takes longer.
