This is a great cookbook. One of my friends bought one new, and I wanted to copy 1/2 the recipes in it. SO, I decided to order my own! Great variety, not overly complex ingredients. Made me think of new ways to use my crockpot.

I actually bought this cookbook for a friend for Christmas. She had heard me say how great it was and how often I used it that I decided to surprise her and sent it. I have used mine for 3 years and enjoy the convenience of setting up the recipe in my crockpot and putting the sleeve in the frig over nite. I pull it out and put it in the outer shell,turn on and go. Easy ....
