4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but could be better
This product is excellent if your child can't get change out of the back, or realizes that you don't NEED to pay for the candies, just press the button. The bank is overall a good product, but it has its pros and cons. It's a fun way to save money and limit your candy intake. However, you don't need to put money in to get it. 1.0 out of 5 stars This toy is a good idea, it just doesn't work
The way this toy works is that there are six slots in which you
can put different type of mini size candy bars. But the slots
only hold two bars each. When you make a selection, you can
put money in the machine or not, and then push the yellow
button just below your choice. But for us, every time we
pushed a yellow button, both bars...

This product is excellent if your child can't get change out of the back, or realizes that you don't NEED to pay for the candies, just press the button. The bank is overall a good product, but it has its pros and cons. It's a fun way to save money and limit your candy intake. However, you don't need to put money in to get it. At most, you can put 2 candies in the same slot, but they probably will come out together. When you press the "candy number button" the floor under that candy slants, releasing the candy, but if you don't have a problem refilling it often its a great product. Overall its great for anyone any age!

I bought this toy for my grandson who had seen it in the store and wanted it for his birthday. We all had big fun with it at his birthday party putting money in and selecting our candy. The M&M's don't fall real easily but the bars drop perfectly. He can save money and get a candy treat at the same time. I would recommend this toy but the adults should watch over them so as not to break it forcing the little windows.

pushed a yellow button, both bars came out. We could almost
live with the fact that we could only put in two bars at a time,
but the fact that both bars came out when you pushed the button
just completely ruined it for us. Also, the machine is smaller
than you would expect. It did fit the dimensions given in the
product description, but somehow I was expecting something a
little bigger anyway. This is a neat idea, but skip this toy.

My daughter really likes her vending bank. Although, I am not terribly impressed. It's not quite what I expected and has little to no educational value. But, for a toy the kids really like it. So, I think it is a good TOY but not that great.

I have purchased three of these vending banks. My nieces think they are a fun way to save money and display Halloween candy (a fun sized bar fits great.) I have one in my classroom. Since you don't have to put money in, I use it as dispenser. I will say it has been quite a hit and folks always ask were I got it.
Pros:
Compact and light weight
Easy to fill
Easy to view selections
Cons:
Brand of candy is put on with stickers
